3 tablespoons flour
A small amount of cold water
200 ml of water (which will be put to boil)
- Boil water
- Mix the flour and water. Mix 3 tablespoons of flour or wheat starch with a little water at room temperature. Add enough water to obtain a liquid mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into the boiling water. When the water has reached the boiling point, add the flour-based mixture, while rotating with a spoon.
The mixture will foam throughout boiling. Stir to prevent it too much foam, it burns or is lumpy.
To achieve the desired consistency more easily perform the operation in a water bath. To do this, place a pan containing the flour / starch mixture and water in another pot, larger and filled with water (500 ml) up to boil.
If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little water.
- Just go glue what you want !
